The email module within Linked Office Software can be used to send both internal and external emails: POP, IMAP, and MAPI are all supported. Any clients, suppliers, or contacts that have an email address can easily be set as the recipient. To help keep the inbox clean, a user can choose to save only the business related emails within Linked Office Software, allowing the person to link it to an ongoing project, or just to keep a record of the communication with a client. Emails cannot be deleted once stored, so retention and compliance is standard.
