Email and Document Security

Users who send or receive emails within the email module have the option to “secure” that email. By doing so, only the sender and the receiver have the ability to view that email. This allows for an employee to have privacy when viewing personal emails sent to his or her address at work. Because Linked Office is a transparent system, email is still viewable by those with security access, but the content remains private to the sender and recipient when marked secure.
